Perry Spencer is based at our head office in Brisbane and brings with him a wealth of experience gained from working in the Construction and Fastener supply industry for over twenty years in Australia and the USA.

Angus Johnson

Chief Financial Officer

Angus is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with a passion for technology and innovation. He has held senior financial roles across a range of industries including banking, distribution, engineering and technology. In recent years Angus has held operational roles delivering solutions to defence and civilian organisations. He has overseen corporate functions including human resources, information technology, legal and service delivery.

Matt Byers

IT Manager

Matt comes to Synergy with a background in graphic design as well as programming & automating processes for a variety of businesses including the Australian Defence Force. He has experience in both retail & warehousing.

Deborah Facchinetti

Procurement / Events Manager

Deborah comes to us with over 10 years’ experience in procurement and project management working for big European companies in the manufacturing industry. Deborah is enthusiastic about procurement and the positive impact it can have on business operations.

Tom Hancott

Data Maintenance

Tom has joined the IT Support team to assist with project management and data maintenance. Tom has studied Cyber Security and Computer Science, and has several years’ experience in manufacturing and warehousing for local and international companies.

Andy Beston

Purchasing Officer

Andy comes to us with over 15 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Procurement having worked for a major US IT and European Defence company. Andy will be supporting members by maintaining warehouse stock and processing their chargeback orders.

Jeremy Dickinson

IT Support

Having recently completed a double major in Programming and Network Security, Jeremy has experience working for one of Americas largest Internet providers in a technical support role.

Cheryl Sipple


Cheryl comes from a strong retail & product background. With over 15 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse systems, import products, purchasing, inventory control, data administration and project management in both a large publicly listed retailer and a private company in the USA.



Ulrick comes to us with over 7 years of warehousing and logistics experience and is currently completing his diploma in Logistics & Transport.
